I spent the afternoon in the Phoenix Park today and it wasn’t hugely pleasant. The weather was pretty gloomy and overcast. Every time I got out of the car and got 100m away, the rain started.

The strange outcome was that it forced my head down, away from the rain. I was forced to look at the ground more than I should have, considering I was in the largest European city park. I did take this photo though.

You mightn’t like creepy-crawlies but this guy looks fairly colourful! If you look closely enough, you can just make out my shadow on his back
