This photo was taken yesterday in the Phoenix Park on a very cold, very foggy morning. I was supposed to be on my way to the gym for a swim wash but I diverted to the Phoenix Park to see if there were any photo opportunities with the fog. I nearly changed my mind a few times because it was so cold outside but, hey, I figured that I’d never be up that early again on a Sunday morning so I had to do it!
Strangely enough, I’d been there on Friday as well for a wind-down-the-week walk and took this photograph of a couple of kids playing football on the soccer pitches. By the time I’d taken the photograph, they’d gotten bored and were standing around wondering what to do next. Shortly afterwards, they walked off.
